Bria Enterprise for iOS is a VoIP softphone that is specifically designed for CounterPath's Stretto Platform™. To use this softphone client, you need to have an administrator-generated account provided by your company, operator, or CounterPath. Without a valid account, you will not be able to use the softphone client.

Bria Enterprise for iOS is an extension of CounterPath's highly acclaimed Bria softphone clients and is provisioned through the Stretto Platform. The Stretto Platform's Provisioning Module is a powerful tool that enables enterprises and operators to distribute, configure, and manage Bria softphones. It allows users to store their softphone settings in a single, convenient location. With the Provisioning Module, customers can fully provision their Bria softphones for use with various VoIP solutions like enterprise, SMB, ITSP, or operator VoIP solutions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This version of Bria is tied to CounterPath's hosted Provisioning Module and requires an account set up by your operator or enterprise. Without the proper account credentials, the client will not function. For more information, please contact CounterPath or your operator/company.

Emergency Calls: CounterPath's Bria mobile products provide a feature that attempts to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer whenever possible. However, this functionality is dependent on the mobile phone's operating system, which is beyond our control and subject to change. Therefore, it is important to note that CounterPath does not endorse or support the use of Bria for Emergency Calls. We cannot be held liable for any costs or damages that may arise from using the software for Emergency Calls. Please be aware that using Bria as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.
